The good. Clean facility. Staff was very friendly and helpfull! Conveinent for my motel location. The bad: all dryers get "very warm"; but not hot. When the customer pushes the "hot" button; it should get hot and not very warm. The customer should not be in a position to "dryer shop'. I've been returning to Phoenixville yearly for 4 weeks every year and the problem is ongoing. Unsure of the washer water temps as almost all laundry mats only do cold water even though the customer pushed the hot button. Thats fraud in my book. Hmmmm.
