    Sheila is a terrific teacher. I've been going to her Tuesday 6:00 class, and I love it. There are a lot of poses I can't do, and she offers modifications that enable me to do as much as I can. She's also funny, plays interesting music, and creates a warm and caring atmosphere. I'm going to start going to the Thursday 4:30 gentle flow class, which is probably better for me, so lots of options!!
